Insights Discovery Profile
Description
Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, the Insights Discovery profile provides the foundation for self-awareness, to be successful at whatever you do; whether that’s developing yourself, working as part of an effective team, or leading others with authenticity.
We guide you through this journey of self-awareness. First we will ask you to complete an online questionnaire from which we create a personalized Insights Discovery profile. Subsequently we’ll discuss your profile with you and set you off for a personal action plan, tips & tricks and full learning journey.
PNCE is a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner. Besides using it as part of coaching, we also train on personal and team effectiveness.
